Growing up on a farm in the far-reaches of northern New York State, Mary’s family had a majestic pet peacock. Stirring memories of the bird’s extraordinary romantic beauty inspired her to render the rare and elegant white peacock in silk, chenille yarn, silver thread, pearls, and bead work in the one of a kind, couture “White Peacock Coat.”

The White Peacock Collection’s foundation piece is the White Peacock Coat, a 2010 NICHE Awards Finalist in the Fiber, Surface Design category.
