MARYGWYNETH Wearable Art Designs

Each collection’s centerpiece is one of a kind art garment or ensemble.  From this inspired look, additional pieces are developed, including daywear, eveningwear, and accessories.

Mary’s deep sensitivity for nature is reflected in the themes used in these very original designs.  Working from her home studio in the northern Adirondack Mountains, Mary develops her own designs, produces her own patterns, uses the finest fabrics, locally produced yarns and fibers, vintage jewelry, hand-dying, fabric texturing and manipulation, embroidery, beading, and various other techniques to bring her design visions to life.

Customers may order the original one of a kind art garment, a limited edition, made-to-order copy, or purchase any of the other handcrafted pieces in the collection that are based on themes drawn from the centerpiece work.  The most particular customers may wish a piece designed and commissioned expressly for them.  Limited edition wholesale orders may also be placed by qualified buyers for some of the ready to wear pieces in each collection.
