This lovely silk dupioni dahlia brooch looks as fresh as if it just came from the garden, but the sparkle of real freshwater pearls and glass beads at the flower’s center reveals its handmade beauty. Dress up a hat, sweater, plain shift, or even a coat with this finely made silk pin.

Each petal of pale peach silk dupioni is seamed, turned, and hand stitched to the backer. Dark green velveteen leaves contrast beautifully with the pale peach blossom. You’ll see no glue guns used here! A hand-sewn lining covers the metal pin backer. The flower alone is about 4″ across with a 1″ center. With the longest leaf, it is about 5 1/2″ in diameter.
