MaryGwyneth is delighted to announce that she has been selected to exhibit during spring 2013 at the Paradise City Arts Festivals in Marlborough, Massachusetts (March 22 – 24) and in Northampton, Massachusetts for Memorial Day Weekend (May 25 – 27).  In February 2012, AmericanStyle Magazine’s readers ranked the Paradise City Northampton show as #3 and the Marlborough show as #6 among the best craft shows in the US.

These highly competitive, juried shows feature fine artists and crafts people from across the US who work in a broad range of media.  MaryGwyneth is showing a variety of spring and summer handbags, wraps. scarves, and accessories in natural fibers, with her signature designs, floral and hand dyed elements.

Don’t miss these great shows! Be sure to mark your 2013 calendar for a couple of stimulating and enjoyable weekends.

MaryGwyneth discovered Berlin Bespoke Suits.  He’s an extraordinary German tailor living in Houston, Texas, who has a great page and detailed photos of his construction process on Facebook.  His workmanship is superb.

I am so happy to see highly skilled members of the garment industry share their once closely held secrets.  We can all learn from each other, and it’s a great way to keep the skills alive and healthy.  Best of luck and success!

Great news!!

MaryGwyneth was accepted into the highly competitive Paradise City Arts Festival, held in Northampton, Massachusetts, for May 24-26, 2013.  This is MaryGwyneth’s first major show.

This festival features some of the finest and most successful master artisans in the country.  The show is very well attended, and is rated as one of the top 10 shows in the US for both attendees and crafters.

The show was well attended, despite the rain, and sales were stronger than many art and craft shows this year have been reporting.

The Remington Arts Festival is being held one day only, rain or shine, on Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 9 – 5,  in downtown Canton, NY.  Northern New York artists and crafters will be displaying their finest work.

MaryGwyneth’s booth is inside the Unitarian Universalist Church community hall.  Artists set up their tents on the village green, the Unitarian Universalist Church, and if it rains, also the Presbyterian Church.  Both churches are opposite the green.

Not too early to think about holiday gifts!  Don’t miss this best-of-the best art and craft show for northern New York!
